Croft will liaise with estate agentsletting agents and property vendors on your behalf in order to gain access to the property.

We aim to turnaround reports quickly, generally within 5-7 days depending on what our surveyor has been instructed to look at.

We try our utmost to fit in with your time frame. We are well aware that dates could change due to ongoing house sales and we can be flexible with timings.
